Congratulations to Patricia McArdle, who was selected to receive the 2026 Laura Goodale Award! The award, given by the Greenport and Southold Rotary Clubs, honors the dedication and exemplary service of a healthcare employee at Stony Brook Eastern LI Hospital who embodies the legacy of Laura Goodale, a nurse known as the "Florence Nightingale" of the North Fork. On June 2, the two Rotary Clubs gathered together with many ELIH staff and supporters, to recognize Ms. McArdle.
