Recent Activities
 
On October 7, our club recognized four individuals who embody the Rotary credo of "Service Above Self" at our Paul Harris Awards Dinner. Congratulations to Dr. Kerry Spooner, Lisa Jacobs, Leo Sledjeski, and Paulette Ofrias (in memoriam).
 
Congratulations to Rotarian Walter Krupski, recipient of this year's Theodore Roosevelt (TR) Award from ELIH! The TR Award is given by member hospitals of the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council to recognize individuals for their significant voluntary contributions to Long Island community hospitals. Walter is a dedicated volunteer, both with Southold Rotary and with our local community hospital.
 
On September 27, several of our club members joined Greenport Rotary's team at the North Fork's Walk to End Alzheimer's. This worldwide event raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support & research.
